Availability: While we strive to maintain a wide selection of furniture, product availability is subject to change. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a full refund.

Deliveries to Afar Areas: Deliveries to locations 70km or further from our main delivery hub. This down payment helps us manage the financial risks associated with long-distance deliveries, ensuring we can cover transportation costs and potential delays.
Customized Orders: Custom-made furniture pieces require specialized materials and production processes. This down payment helps us secure the necessary resources and ensure the smooth completion of your unique piece.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with details about your order, estimated delivery time, and any applicable down payment requirements.
IV. Delivery
Delivery Carrier: We use Lalamove as our primary delivery carrier.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Metro Manila and select areas in Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, and Rizal. A map of our delivery areas is available on our website and social media pages.
Delivery Fees: A fixed delivery rate applies to all orders. Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) and GCash.

Delivery Schedule: Orders will be delivered within 1-3 days from the day of ordering. You will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Instructions: Please ensure you provide accurate and complete delivery instructions, including a clear address, contact number, and any access requirements for delivery personnel.
Inspection: Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the furniture for any damage. If you notice any issues, please report them immediately to our customer service team.
V. Warranty and Returns
Warranty Period: All furniture purchased from Mione Sofa Furniture Shop is covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, excluding damage due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Replacement Policy: Customers can request a replacement for defective or damaged furniture within 7 days of receiving their order at no additional cost.
Return Policy:
Return Defects: Defective items can be returned at no additional cost to the customer. Mione Sofa Furniture Shop will cover return shipping costs.
Misinterpreted Items: Misinterpreted items can be returned, with delivery costs shared between the seller and the customer.
Minor Defects: Minor defects include small scratches, minor color variations, slight imperfections in stitching, and small holes. Items with minor defects cannot be returned, but customers will receive a 5% refund of the item cost.
Missing or Lost Items: In cases of missing or lost items, customers are not required to return the package. The missing items will be redelivered within 7 days.
Exclusions: The warranty and return policy do not cover damage due to misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, custom-made furniture, or clearance items.

Accurate Information: Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information and delivery details when placing your order.
Order Changes: Any changes to your order, including colors, inclusions, or deductions, must be made within 1 day prior to delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Reserved orders cannot be canceled within 3 days prior to the delivery schedule. Orders placed beyond the 3-day reservation period can be canceled with a 10% cancellation fee.
Inspection and Acceptance: It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture upon delivery and report any issues promptly. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that you have inspected the furniture and are satisfied with its condition.
